Ultrasonic Cleaners Chemicals

Ultrasonic cleaning is a precision cleaning process that uses high-frequency sound waves (typically 20–80 kHz) transmitted through a liquid cleaning medium. These sound waves generate microscopic cavitation bubbles that collapse near the surface of the component, producing intense localized cleaning action.

Ultrasonic cleaning chemicals are specially formulated to enhance this cavitation effect and improve the removal of contaminants such as oils, grease, carbon deposits, polishing compounds, and fine particulate matter from metal surfaces.

These chemicals are designed to work at low to moderate concentrations depending on soil load and application requirements. They ensure uniform cleaning even in complex geometries, blind holes, and internal passages where mechanical cleaning is not effective.
