Blackening and Blueing Chemicals
We manufacture high-performance blackening and blueing chemicals designed to provide durable black oxide coatings with improved corrosion resistance and surface finish.
Blackodising Chemicals
Blackodising chemicals are used to produce a uniform, glossy black finish on steel components. The process involves a chemical conversion coating formed through the reaction between iron and a hot oxidizing bath, primarily used for mild steel and alloy steel substrates.
These chemicals are designed for dip application and convert the metal surface into a thin, complex layer of black iron oxide. The resulting coating enhances appearance and provides a degree of corrosion resistance.
For improved rust protection, the blackodised surface is typically finished with oil, where the level of corrosion resistance depends on the quality and type of oil used.
